Understanding Pricing

How We Count Visits

We count unique visitors to your store daily. A "visit" is recorded when:

A unique visitor accesses your store for the first time in 24 hours.

The visitor is checked against geo-targeting rules (redirects, blocks, or market redirects).

Each visitor is counted only once per day, regardless of multiple visits. Even if a visitor doesn’t trigger any geo-targeting rules, they are still counted to evaluate their location.

Privacy Considerations

To protect user privacy, we only use IP addresses and user agent details—no personal data is stored. Due to this:

Incognito/private browsing users

Visitors clearing their browser data

VPN users with changing IP addresses

Multiple users sharing one IP

may be counted as separate unique visitors, even if they are the same person.

How We Calculate Forecasts

Our system estimates end-of-month visitor counts based on:

Analyzing visitor data from the last 30 days.

Calculating a weighted daily average:

Recent trends are prioritized.

Unusual spikes/drops have less impact.

Multiplying the daily average by remaining days in the billing cycle.

Adding the result to your current visitor count.

Example Calculation

Current visitors: 100

Weighted daily average: 10 visitors

Days left in billing cycle: 15

Forecasted total: 100 + (10 × 15) = 250 visitors

Important Notes on Forecasting

Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees.

Actual visitor counts may vary due to:

Traffic changes

Seasonal trends

Marketing campaigns

Geo-targeting rule updates

Special events/promotions

Billing and Actual Usage

Billing is based on actual visitors counted during the billing cycle, not forecasts. Check the "Current Usage" section in your billing dashboard for real-time visitor counts.
